Seasoned cybersecurity professionals are at the heart of our client projects and proposals across Canada. As practitioners ourselves, we value your experience and treat every conversation with respect, honesty and discretion. Current roles are posted on our secure careers portal.
You talk with cybersecurity practitioners, not keyword matchers. We understand governance, OT, PKI, assessments and architecture, and we match on substance.
We never submit your resume without your signed right-to-represent agreement for that specific opportunity.
As a boutique firm, you work with the same people from the first conversation onward, with timely, honest feedback.
We share what we know about the client, the role and the engagement before you decide whether to proceed.
Resumes are encrypted and stored in Canada, reviewed by a person and deleted on request. We never use AI to screen applicants.
With your permission, we keep you in mind for future projects that fit your expertise and career goals.
We review every application against the role's requirements. We do not use artificial intelligence to screen, assess or select applicants.
Before we propose you for a client opportunity or include you in a bid, we ask you to review and sign a right-to-represent agreement online. We do not share your resume without it.
Your resume is stored encrypted in Canada and checked for file safety. If your application is not a match, it is securely deleted, and never later than 30 days after you apply.
You can delete your application at any time with the private link you receive when you apply, or by emailing info@csmic.ca. Our Privacy Policy explains how we protect your information.
We are always glad to hear from seasoned cybersecurity professionals. Send your resume and a short note about your expertise, certifications and availability to info@csmic.ca. We review every resume personally, keep it confidential and contact you when a suitable opportunity opens. If there is no likely fit, we delete it as described in our Privacy Policy.
